Fremont Family Resource Center
Fremont, CA – August 23, 2013

CCCF was part of an AC-OCAP Program Monitoring Team that toured the FRC’s facility in Fremont, CA. The FRC/Spark Point Center offers family-oriented educational events, job-hunting workshops, parenting classes, and financial education classes. Spark Point Centers, created by United Way Bay Area, are financial education centers that help individuals and families who are in financial crises.

CCCF is excited to work with the FRC/Spark Point Center to provide financial education to low-income families and individuals. Ishwinder Judge said, “This is a great opportunity to expand our outreach and really help families, in particular, take control of their finances so they may gain stability.” Mr. Judge is the President of CCCF.

As a local nonprofit credit counseling agency that also offers free financial education seminars, CCCF is a valuable resource. Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit agency with offices in Livermore, California. Founded in 2002 by Ishwinder Judge, our mission is to provide free counseling on budgeting, the wise use of credit, and other financial topics to our clients nationwide and especially in the nine-county Bay Area. We also aim to provide low-cost debt management services to those who need it.
