Financial Safety and Avoiding ScamsDublin, CA – June 19, 2014
On June 19th, Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation and Tri Valley Housing Opportunity Center gave a presentation on Financial Safety and Avoiding Scams at Wexford Way. Wexford Way Apartments is a low-income family housing complex. During the presentation, CCCF provided the necessary tools and knowledge on how to properly avoid fraud and remain safe in personal banking. There was a large and very lively crowd present!
Ishwinder Judge, of CCCF had this to say: “It was so great to see so many people show out to work toward their personal financial freedom! The more education we provide, the better equipped people are to live a financially stress-free life.”
