Budgeting 101
San Leandro, CA – June 7th, 2016

On June 7th, Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation and Tri Valley Housing welcomed the opportunity to educate a group of residents on the Wise Use of Credit at Eden’s Ashland Village Apartments in San Leandro. This was an interactive event where TVHOC and CCCF educated the residents on the value of understanding credit. There were even several people in high school trying to get a head start on their personal finances!

Ishwinder Judge, of CCCF had this to say: “Community outreach like this is so incredibly important to us, and is a vital part of what we do here at Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation. Understanding credit is so important because it allows individuals to make necessary financial decisions.”

As a local nonprofit credit counseling agency that also offers free financial education seminars, CCCF is a valuable resource.
