On May 27th, Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation was pleased to give a presentation in Spanish on Financial Scams and Fraud at Owls Landing Apartments. Owls Landing Apartment Complex is a low-income, section 8 housing complex with 55% of its residents identifying as Latino. The seminar was put on by a partnership between Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center, Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation, Horizons, Livermore Rotary, and the City of Livermore. This was the first of a three-part seminar.
