First Time Homebuyers Class in Spanish
Dublin, CA – April 5, 2014

CCCF is excited to announce that on April 5th, 2014, it will be helping the Tri Valley Housing Opportunity Center (TVHOC) to help launch the first 8-hour Spanish First Time Homebuyers course. CCCF will provide the dos and don’ts of credit safety as well as how to properly budget for a house. TVHOC is a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit housing counseling agency that offers residents expert unbiased and personalized information to guide them through the complex process of home-seeking, home-buying, or saving the home they already own.

Our First-Time Homebuyers course is a HUD certified course that helps people to find housing in the Tri-Valley. Having this course offered in Spanish expands the number of people we are able to reach and help through their home buying process. It is a great resource to provide”, said Ishwinder Judge, President of Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation.
