First Time Homebuyer ClassLivermore, CA – January 30, 2015
On January 30, Tri Valley Housing Opportunity Center partnered with National Budget Planners and had it’s the very first First Time Homebuyer Class of the year. This class is always in high demand. FTHB classes are required by many cities in order to qualify for below market rate homes (BMR). TVHOC proudly provides this course to attendees looking to purchase a BMR or anyone who wants to learn more about the home buying process.
“The First Time Homebuyers Class is a crucial part of the home-buying process, and is even a requirement for certain types of home purchases. It equips individuals with the tools needed for responsible home ownership.” This is what Ishwinder Judge; president of Consumer Credit Counseling Foundation had to say.
